   • Led a team to construct an virtual machine provisioning system using Python, REST APIs and GitHub Actions, integrating with ServiceNow to provision virtual infrastructure.
   • Automated the full deployment pipeline, reducing provisioning time from 1.25 hours to 20 minutes—cutting 2,500+ annual requests from ~3,500 hours to ~850 hours and saving an estimated of $120,000 per year.
   
   

   Automated Credential Management for Catchpoint

   • Developed an Azure Runbook to automate credential updates in Catchpoint securely via REST API, storing in an Azure Key Vault for auditing purposes, and sending email notifications for success or failure.
   • Improved operational efficiency by eliminating ~8 hours of manual work each month across 30-40 password requests, enhancing monitoring reliability by reducing false alerts and ensuring credential synchronization across systems.
